LiDAR point cloud (above) where the points have been colored by simultaneously acquired imagery, and digital elevation model [DEM](below) extracted from the data for Point Lobos, CA, showing topography and bathymetry capability in a single swath. The blue region in the DEM extends up to 13 meters of sea depth. Terrain features obscured by forest can also be seen in the DEM. These data were acquired flying at 7500 ft AGL at an aircraft speed of 175 Knots, with a 1.4 Km swath, and > 12 pt/m2.
