The II-VI product portfolio has changed radically over the past few years, and since acquiring Finisar nearly a year ago almost three-quarters of the company's turnover now relates directly to optical communications. Right now that market is in the middle of a boom, as people respond to the Covid-19 threat by spending more time connecting remotely for both work and social activity.
