UniKLasers is an expert in CW Single Frequency DPSS lasers with a focus on mid to high output power. These Single Frequency lasers are particularly suited for applications that require ultra-high wavelength and output power stability.   The wide range includes high power red – 640 nm at 1W output power and wavelengths suited to quantum sensing applications – 780.24, 698.4 & 689.4 nm. UniKLasers designs & manufactures CW Single Frequency DPSS lasers in a wide range of wavelengths. Lasers have excellent parameters and are particularly suited for applications that require ultra-high wavelength and output power stability. We serve a variety of application sectors: holography (red, green & blue), high precision metrology, Brillouin imaging, Raman spectroscopy, confocal microscopy, semiconductor quality inspection, quantum sensing and metrology and other applications.

Our proprietary patented technology – BRaMMS enables us to offer a wide range of single frequency wavelengths.  We predominantly focus on mid to high output power for a given wavelength.  However, low output power is also available in all wavelengths on offer.

UniKLasers is an active player on the Quantum Technologies market.  The company has a growing range of Single Frequency DPSS lasers for Quantum applications in Sensing and Metrology fields, particularly for Commercial Optical Lattice clocks and Quantum Gravitometer, such as 780.24, 698.4 and 689.4 nm lasers.

UniKLasers together with scientific collaboration partners, namely University of Birmingham and Fraunhofer Centre for Applied Photonics in the UK have developed Single Frequency DPSS lasers at 698.4 nm (Strontium Clock transition) and 780.24 nm (Rubidium transition), critically required by QT systems, which match the optical performance of advanced Ti:S lasers.  The footprint and price point of UniKLasers’ systems are comparable to the external-cavity diode lasers (ECDL).  Further work is ongoing to increase the output power to 100s mW and match other Quantum relevant transitions, in particular, 813 nm.

All products are designed and manufactured in Scotland, UK.
