North American manufacturing is exploding. Evolve Sensing aims to work with manufacturers to optimize new processes with bespoke sensors that are designed specifically to your needs. We can enhance quality, measure process endpoints, grade incoming raw materials, and measure chemistry and mineralogy.

We believe in teamwork with our customers. Evolve Sensing will work to understand your process and lay out an actionable plan for your project. Our professionals typically have 10+ years of engineering / industry experience. We support prototyping, testing, and final manufacturing of your sensor(s) at scale.

Dr. Steve Buckley leads Evolve Sensing. With over 30 years of optical measurement experience, he has led multiple teams successfully building sensors for a variety of harsh environments, from mining to metals. He has been faculty at the Univ. of Maryland, U.C. San Diego, and is presently an Affiliate Faculty at the University of Washington.
