Lumics’ develops and designs laser diode chips and manufactures fiber-coupled modules with an optical output power of up to 900W in the range of 750nm to 1940nm based on our own chip fab. We offer 14-pin butterfly modules with single mode chips, customized multimode modules including various sensors, detachable SMA fibers and tab water cooling, OEM packages or “plug-and-play” turn key systems. Accessories like optical couplers, drivers and fiber patchcords can be supplied as well.
