This advanced technique, performed in large-scale coating chambers with planetary rotation, guarantees superior uniformity and layer adhesion. Our entire production process is vertically integrated, giving us complete control over quality and delivery. From ultrasonic substrate cleaning to precision linear and laser cutting and meticulous final inspection with advanced spectrometry, every step is executed to exacting standards. All products are manufactured to meet stringent MIL-M-13508C regulations for abrasion, humidity, and adhesion, ensuring reliability in critical applications.
