Telemark has been designing, building, selling and supporting evaporation components for more than 26 years. We entered the industry in 1990 with electron beam sources and power supplies and have expanded our product offering to include a full range of PVD coating process equipment for optical, semiconductor and related applications.

All equipment is designed and manufactured in Battle Ground, Washington, USA. We also have wholly owned sales and support offices in Korea, Taiwan and China.

We have built a reputation for a willingness to listen and collaborate with our customers, the industry experience and engineering expertise to design efficient solutions for each application, and for supporting our customers after the sale.
