High performance reflection and transmission gratings manufactured via ultra precise DUV photolithography. Every grating a master, high volume, low cost. Transmission gratings exhibit tenth dB PDL and total loss of only a few percent across communication bands. Gratings contain no organics being comprised entirely of refractory semiconductor materials, SiO2, silicon, zerodur, etc.
