Bena Optics is committed to ultra-high precision optical components. Since its establishment in 2014, Bena Optics has been constantly upgrading its processing equipment and enhancing its technology, and has now become a fully fledged leader in optical components in China. Currently, Bena Optics covers an area of 2,500 square meters and employs approximately 30 people, encompassing all teams such as sales, technology, processing, assembly, and inspection. There are 5 technical engineers, 15 professional processing personnel, and 5 assembly and testing personnel. Professional processing equipment includes the IBF(ion beam figuring), MRF(Magnetorheological finishing), large CNC( Computer numerical control, sets of ring polishing machines with diameters of 1.2m - 2m, ABB robot ultra-precision polishing machine. Simultaneously, it is equipped with four laser interferometers, CMM (Coordinate measuring machine), and LuphoScan420HD high-precision non-contact 3D optical profiler. The main customers of Bena Optics are CIOPMA (Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences), BIT (Beijing Institute of Technology), Stanford University, and guests from over 60 countries worldwide. Spanning various fields such as scientific research, medical instruments, aerospace, national defense, weather monitoring, geology, and oil exploration. The main products of Bena Optics include optical spherical lenses, aspherical lenses, cylindrical lenses, optical windows, prisms, mirrors, filters, etc., covering materials like ultraviolet quartz, fused silica, visible glass, infrared silicon metal, sapphire, ZnSe, ZnS, and SiC.
