Bay Photonics are a Photonics / PIC / Optical / Micro electronic packaging specialist company with manual and automatic die bonding, wire bonding, fibre alignment and seam sealing capabilities. With over 30 years experience each the directors Larry Clarke and Glenn George formed the company in 2007. Bay Photonics is a Limited Company formed by Larry Clarke & Glenn George in 2007. We have many years experience in Manufacturing, Engineering Management and Process Development. Previously employed by Bookham Technology, Nortel and STC, we have vast experience in Optoelectronic & Semiconductor assembly processes and product design. Our general engineering skills include problem solving, team management, equipment integration and management of outsourcing. We also have access to an extensive network of facilities and expertise through the good relationships and contacts we have made during our careers, and are able to call upon these as individual projects require. We have a small level felxible pre production and development facility with die and wirebonding capability as well as access to other processes and test facilities.
