The most efficient, uniform transmission gratings make the best systems

24 Jan 2018

Wasatch Photonics transmissive VPH gratings deliver high efficiency, low polarization sensitivity, and uniform performance over broad bandwidths & large clear apertures – all in a robust, field-tested package. We draw on our multiple patented design technologies to optimize each grating to its application, from stock gratings for R&D to custom gratings for our many OEMs. As an experienced volume gratings supplier, we offer quality, performance, and consistency you can count on, from 400-2000 nm.

Pulse Compression GratingsWasatch Photonics’ enhanced volume phase holographic (VPH) gratings are exceptional for pulse compression and pulse stretching of high power ultrafast lasers. Our ultraclear transmissive gratings have the highest efficiency on the market, with excellent spatial uniformity for near-flawless pulse compression. Unlike surface relief gratings, our gratings can be easily cleaned and handled.

OCT Gratings & Spectrometers: As the leading supplier of gratings in the OCT market, we know that the clearest, deepest SD-OCT images require an optical design that covers a broad bandwidth with maximum signal to noise. That’s why we developed our HD gratings to have high efficiency for all polarizations, even at the extremes of a 100-200 nm operating wavelength range. Our Cobra OCT spectrometers for 800, 1050, and 1300 nm take that performance many steps further with optimized optics in a compact, robust footprint – complemented by a line of user-ready MEMs and galvanometer probes. Need speed? Try the Cobra-S, delivering 250 kHz scan rates, low roll-off, and ultra-high resolution at 800 nm.

Spectroscopy: We place one of our highly uniform VPH gratings at the heart of every spectrometer – delivering 10x more signal, lower limit of detection, and faster measurements than you’d ever expect from a compact footprint. We offer modular, highly configurable solutions for UV-VIS, NIR, and fluorescence from 280-1700 nm with superior sensitivity and minimal stray light. Our selection of Raman spectrometers and systems is unparalleled, enabling clearer, faster spectra at more excitation wavelengths than anywhere else: 405, 532, 638, 785, 830, and 1064 nm. Whether you’re a researcher or OEM, we offer the performance, thermal stability, and applications experience to help you turn ideas into answers.
