27 Jul 2017 Archer OpTx manufactures ultra-high precision machined aspheres from 3 mm to 200 mm outer diameter using advanced lens element manufacturing processes. Archer OpTx utilizes a complete metrology suite to ensure that all lenses leaving our facility meet our full requirements. Standard lens models and typical tolerances are as follows:

- Center Thickness: ± 0.030 mm
- Diameter:
- Surface Finish: 40-20 scratch-dig
- Chamfer: 0.1 - 0.3 mm
- EFL Tolerance: ± 1%
- Clear Aperture: Central 90% of diameter
- Coating: Standard and high power coatings available
- Material: UV grade fused silica standard; Ohara
- SK-300 is also available
- GACP-100-125S is SF4 glass
