RPMC Lasers Inc, the leading distributor of solid-state lasers in North America, is excited to announce a newly expanded non-exclusive, distribution agreement with Sheaumann (https://www.sheaumann.com/) that now covers additional products. For over 14 years, Sheaumann has specialized in the design and manufacture of semiconductor lasers and modules. Sheaumann is proud to be one of the few remaining near-infrared semiconductor manufacturers in the United States.
Both companies are excited about their new expanded relationship. “RPMC is a great additional channel for us in North America because of their knowledgeable staff,” says Michael Thurston, Sales Manager at Sheaumann. “Their thorough knowledge of our products and capabilities has the potential to grow our sales in North America. Sheaumann’s team of over thirty engineering, manufacturing, sales, and administrative personnel operate out of an 18,000 square foot facility. Their class 1000 and 10,000 clean rooms provide an optimal environment for critical semiconductor laser manufacturing processes, including MOCVD epitaxial growth, wafer processing, facet coating, bar dicing, system assembly, testing, free-space and fiber-coupled packaging, burn-in, life testing, and failure analysis.
Together, both companies will be better able to provide technical staff with their in-depth knowledge of the products, quality technical advice, high-quality support after delivery, and most importantly, the best laser at a fair price.
