| The average price of replacing a standard 60 W A-19 bulb with traditional incandescent, compact fluorescent or LED lighting differs greatly around the world. In Korea, where there is a very strong industry and government push behind the technology, the $17 average cost suggested by Aixtron for an LED replacement is at a level thought by many to represent a "tipping point" for the technology.
