Finisar stock shock
Finisar's stock was hammered in after-hours trading following the company's news of a sharp slow-down in China, and opened on Wednesday, March 9 down by about 37%. Prior to that, the stock had been trading at close to a five-year high of more than $40. The revelation sent shock waves around the optical communications market, with the stock prices of JDSU, Opnext, Oclaro and Emcore all dropping by more than 10% shortly after opening. Source: Yahoo!
