| First Solar's has changed its estimate of global PV demand, based on a consensus of numerous industry forecast and historical data from the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA), since October 2010. The more recent forecast (shown in blue) suggests that PV demand grew to 16 GW in 2010 - much higher than the company's previous estimate of 13.5 GW. It forecasts 10% market growth in 2011.
