| As the CPV market starts to come of age, Spectrolab is scaling up its production of multi-junction concentrator cells. Tweaks to wafer processing steps have delivered the efficiency improvements seen in the latest "C3MJ+" cells, while another new generation - C4MJ - will be launched in 2011, as the market for CPV installations moves beyond 100 MW.
