Holo/Or launched 1x81 Pattern generators for 532nm lasers. These come in a wide and a narrow angle variant.
The wide angle variant will generate a 20 degrees full angle and the narrow angle a 10 degrees angle variant. A distribution of the orders has been displayed in the image.
Similar elements are available in other wavelengths.
