High-Frequency Mirror Tilting System PSH 4/1 Aug 27, 2008

Based on special high power piezo actuators and provide a +/- tilting with a total travel range of up to 4mrad (unloaded). System is free of friction and mechanical play.
Available in a cryogenic and vacuum version.

Because the resonant frequency can exceed 6.5kHz, the PSH 4/1 can achieve in real time laser beam stabilization.
