An integrated cap measurement sensor eliminates hysteresis, drift.
The TRITOR 50 CAP is available as a vacuum, and cryogenic version.

It is qualified for applications in optics, biology, for laser tuning and fiber positioning, for scanner systems and mirror adjustment.
