1x4 beams Pattern Generator with +/-1.5% Uniformity Mar 6, 2008
Holo/Or added elements to its Multi Spot series a 1x4 Dimensional array, with extra high uniformity.
This new design is targeted to give an uniformity within the 4 beams of +/- 1.5%.
The standard element has a 1.5 degrees separation angle at 1064nm. It is available at wavelengths from 193-10600nm and at custom separation angles.
A conceptual image is displayed in the figure.
The transmission eff. is ~99% and the diffraction eff. is ~70%. The beams can be transformed to spots by a single focusing lens.
The 1064nm model is made of Pure Fused Silica and can optionally include a high power laser Ar/Ar coating.
