1X5 High Efficiency pattern with distant unwanted orders for 1064nm Jan 10, 2008
Holo/Or added elements to its Multi Spot series that generate an Array of 1X5=5 points with high efficiency. A special feature is that the 2 closest unwanted orders are close to zero that facilitates masking of the remaining higher orders.
The optics can be Manufactured for wavelengths like 266nm, 532nm, 632.8nm, 1064nm, 1550nm, 2940nm and 10600nm and at custom separation angles.
The beams can be transformed to spots by a single focusing lens.
A conceptual image of the far field pattern of the 1X5 point generator is displayed in the figure.
The Theoretical diffraction efficiency for the 5 points is close to 80%.
The transmission efficiency is close to 100%.
The optics has a 1inch diameter and is 3mm thick. The 1064nm model is made of Pure Fused Silica and can optionally include a high power laser Ar/Ar coating.
