HoloOr has launched an enhanced Top-Hat beam-shaper with improved uniformity.
The diffractive optical element (DOE) accepts a 6.0mm diameter Gaussian beam and produces a 150µm diameter round spot for Single Mode 1064nm lasers, at a 100mm working distance.
A simulated beam shape of this spot is displayed in the figure.
The same design technology is available for other lasers and spot sizes.
