15X15 High Efficiency pattern generator for 1064nm and other lasers Sep 24, 2007
Holo/Or introduced an array generator of 15X15=225 points with high efficiency. It creates a 7x7 degrees full angle picture.
Holo/Or added elements to its Multi Spot series that generate an Array of 15X15=225 points with high efficiency. The offered Separation angle equals 0.5degrees pitch between the beams for a 1064nm laser. This creates a 7x7 degrees full angle picture.
The Standard diameter of the optic is 25.4mm but it can be manufactured in other sizes as well.
The same kind of optics can be designed for other wavelengths like 266nm, 532nm, 632.8nm, 1550nm and 2100nm and at custom separation angles.
The beams can be transformed to spots by a single focusing lens.
A conceptual image of the far field pattern of the 15X15 point generator is displayed in the figure.
The Theoretical diffraction efficiency for the 225 points is about 73%.
The optics has a 1 inch diameter and is 3mm thick. The 1064nm model is made of Pure Fused Silica and can optionally include a high power laser Ar/Ar coating.
