Based on the experience gathered, FISBA is now able to offer its customers aspheres on a wider scale at an affordable price.

Customers benefit from the innovative manufacturing processes in many ways. Based on the specifications, FISBA can choose the most cost-efficient manufacturing process to fit the customer’s needs without sacrificing quality or performance. In addition, the processes developed in-house allow the production of aspheric optics from a multitude of glass materials for microscopes, high power lasers or other industrial applications. FISBA’s expertise in optical coatings makes it also possible to design coatings for high-performance high-power laser applications.

In addition to the innovative approach in manufacturing, FISBA continues to offer its customers all the services they are accustomed to - from the optic design to the timely delivery of the product.

FISBA produces aspheres in any quantity and quality desired, from proto-types, ordered at short notice, to small batches or high volume series. Aspheres are available in almost any shape or form. A stringent quality management standard ensures that every finished lens can be installed on site from the point of delivery. The highly accurate final inspection at FISBA makes any further checks superfluous.
