The UltraLO coating has been specially designed for use in the growing family of CO2 lasers with output powers in excess of 4kW.

Our UltraLO low absorption coating is designed specifically for the growing number of CO2 lasers with power in excess of 4kW.

Optical components and devices including lenses, mirrors, windows, beamsplitters, cavity optics, single and multi-element scanner optics, beam combiners, beam expanders and more are designed and fabricated in-house, with the latest ultra-low absorption coatings and highest quality lasergrade materials.

Our low cost, high quality replacement CO2 Laser Optics are manufactured from ZnSe (Zinc Selenide), Silicon (Si), Copper (Cu), as well as Zinc Sulphide (ZnS), Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) and Molybdenum (Mo).

UltraLO Key Points:

* Absorption <0.15%. * Hygroscopic materials have been eliminated from the coating design enabling UltraLO lenses to maintain low absorption in storage and in high humidity environments. * UltraLO lenses will handle the same high power as conventional lenses but with less optical distortion and a smaller focal length shift. * The lower absorption of the UltraLO lenses can lead to longer lens lifetimes. * UltraLO lenses will transmit a red aiming beam.
