SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
The scientific program will consist of lectures (30 min) and papers (15 min). The workshop will focus on modern problem of luminescence and laser physics. Topics of the workshop will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Recent achievements in laser physics.
2. Modern problems of luminescence of condensed matter.
3. Scientific bases of new laser, luminescence and radiation technologies and methods. Application in sciences, techniques, production, ecology and medicine. Perspective materials, devices and equipment.

File of claim includes registration sheet and abstract. All accepted abstracts will be published. Send your information on the electronic mail address of Organization Committee please.

ABSTRACT TEMPLATE
The abstract, single spaced in Russian or English (Word for Windows, Times New Roman, 14 pt) must not exceed 2 pages (size A4, 210x297 mm) with standard 25 mm margins on all sides and should include:
FULL TITLE (centered, capitalized)
Author’s name(s) (after blank in one interval)
Institution, complete address (after blank in one interval)
Text of abstract should begin with break line (after blank in two intervals). It should not use cumbersome figures and complicated mathematics expressions.

MANUSCRIPT TEMPLATE
Text of lectures (not more than ~10–15 pages with ~6 figures) and papers (not more than ~5–8 pages with ~3 figures) should be presented during the Workshop activity in hard and electronic copies. Instructions for preparation of the manuscript are the same as for abstract.

VISA SUPPORT
The Organizing Committee needs follow information before August 30:
1. Scan of passport pages which contain biographical particulars and a photo.
2. Information about invited person:
a. Name, Surname (as in the international passport);
b. Date of a birth;
c. Citizenship;
d. International passport number, when and where issued and till which time is valid.
3. Information about affiliation of invited person:
a. The name and the post address of a place of work;
b. A post;
c. Phone and fax numbers;
d. Information activity kinds of the company and occupation of the invited person.
4. Planned dates of visit to Russia.
5. Russian cities traveled through.
6. City, where consulate is situated and where participant will get visa.
If you have accompanying persons on the planed trip, please provide the same information for all of them.

CULTURE PROGRAM
The East Siberian city of Irkutsk is one of the oldest and most attractive of the large Siberian cities. During Workshop activity excursion on Irkutsk city and also trip to world-known Lake Baikal with visit Baikal Limnology Museum and Museum of Wooden Architecture will be organized.
