Oxxius manufactures innovative solid-state laser solutions for industrial and scientific applications. Its compact laser modules, featuring wavelengths in the visible & near-UV spectrum, have outstanding performance with market leading power levels.

Oxxius S.A. develops and manufactures monolithic Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS) lasers and laser diode modules in the visible and near-ultraviolet wavelength ranges for industrial and scientific applications.

The compact and powerful SLIM DPSS lasers are available in three visible wavelengths: at 561nm (yellow) up to 150mW, at 532nm (green) up to 300mW, and at 473nm (blue) up to 50mW.

Their unique monolithic resonator technology offers unbeatable advantages over conventional designs. All components are optically contacted, producing a self aligned, highly efficient cavity with little sensitivity to environmental conditions. Outstanding optical performances are achieved with excellent beam quality (M2<1.2), stable output, low noise (< 0.2%) and single frequency operation.
This technology is most adequate to reach 10s to 100s of mW in the visible range, and shows best-in-class efficiency.

All SLIM lasers have the same footprInt for easy integration and are available in an OEM version intended for system integration, and a Plug-and-Play, CDRH-compliant version for laboratory environments.

Oxxius DPSS lasers offer enabling performance in biomedical, analytical, interferometric or sensing applications. Main applications include:
- Flow Cytometry
- Cell Sorting
- Confocal Microscopy
- Raman Spectroscopy
- Interferomety and Holography.
- Laser Doppler Velocimetry (LDV)
- Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF)

Oxxius lasers are integrated in instruments for the life-sciences, analytics and manufacturing markets. They are also an invaluable tool for academic or industrial research.

The laser diode modules are available at 375, 405, 445 and 488nm with CW output powers of 15, 100, 40 and 15mW respectively. Their power stability and low noise characteristics make them suitable for a wide range of applications, including fluorescence and sensing. OEM versions are available for systems integrators. For academic users, the Plug-and-Play version, fitted with a power supply and security devices, meets all relevant laser safety standards.
