A50-AFM Atomic Force Microscope

The A50-AFM from APE Research is a high-resolution AFM equipped with a closed-loop X-Y positioning system which guarantees absolute positioning with an accuracy of 2nm (ten to twenty times better than other closed-loop AFMs).

• Contact, Non-contact, Lateral Force and Tapping modes
• Up to 0.08 nm X-Y resolution
• Up to 0.02 nm Z resolution

Zygo NewView

The Zygo NewView is a highly versatile white light microscope interferometer capable of imaging optical and machined surfaces with a vertical resolution of <0.1nm. The NewView is equally at home in the laboratory or the shop floor and is widely used in R&D and QA applications.
