Bulk GaN
TDI has produced bulk GaN substrates that are up to 1.5 inches in diameter. Outside help has come from US-based Cornell University, Naval Research Laboratory, National Institute of Standards and Technology and Erlangen university in Germany. (Credit: TDI)
