Opto Diode Corporation

Opto Diode’s products include superior performance LEDs (in the visible spectrum), high-power infrared LEDs, silicon photodiodes, arrays & electro-optical assemblies.  The company’s new IRD line of UV photodiodes detects photons to 1 nm & electrons to 200 eV. Cal Sensors recently merged with Opto Diode to provide NIR to mid-infrared detectors and emitters.  Opto Diode, with IRD and CalSensors’ products, now covers the electromagnetic spectrum from the extreme UV & X-ray regions to the mid-IR.
