Nokia (Espoo, Finland) has acquired Vienna Systems Corporation (Kanata, Ontario, Canada), a 180-employee company which designs and manufactures hardware and software products for the distribution of voice, fax, and video communications. The acquisition provides Nokia with additional technical expertise and access in the internet protocol telephony market.
