15 Mar 2024 Introducing the new S16430-01CR gain-stabilized Si avalanche photodiode array sensor with a self-bias generator (SBG). Designed for LiDAR applications, it is faster than other APDs and reduces industrial LiDAR module costs as the SBG stabilizes the multiplication factor, removing the need for a microcontroller and temperature sensor to match temperature changes. The structure is also designed to minimize crosstalk, which can cause false detections.
